Compensation Management
Royale Resources offers two forms of compensation management, Payroll Administration and Employee Leasing.
Payroll Administration allows Royale Resources to provide your business with an extra employee to process your payroll to your specifications. All business information remains the same, but we do all the work. Paychecks are written, taxes deposited and reports filed with government agencies in a timely manner. We even print the W-2's at year end.
Employee Leasing provides employees to the co-employer without having to establish employer identification numbers, unemployment accounts or purchase worker's compensation insurance. Royale Resources provides all this for a competitive percentage markup on your gross payroll. You, as the co-employer still set the hourly rate paid to the employee, direct their work and control the hiring process. All the benefits, none of the hassle.
